Application Process: University Requirements

Step 4 of 8: Official Test Scores

Required test scores (GRE) should be sent directly from the Educational Testing Service to Texas A&M University (Code 6003 - no departmental codes are needed) and be taken within five years. Applicants whose native language is not English are required to submit proof of English proficiency. Test scores must be sent directly from the testing agency to be considered official.

To learn more about the university's required proof of English proficiency, view the Office of Admissions' instructions for international graduate applicants.

Note: While the university has minimum TOEFL requirements, the Zachry Department of Civil Engineering imposes higher standards for English proficiency than the university. View the Zachry Department of Civil Engineering's English proficiency requirements.
