With the advancement of online admissions applications and online status checking, applying to Texas A&M University has never been easier, but the application process can still seem like a daunting task. The information listed below is intended to guide you and serve as an aide through the process.
While the Office of Admissions and Records is charged with handling many aspects of the application process, including receiving official documents such as the application and school transcripts, test scores, and application fees, admittance into the Civil Engineering Graduate Program is determined by the department.

Note: Please do not send your official transcripts to the Zachry Department of Civil Engineering. Doing so will cause a 2-3 week delay in your application processing. Please send official transcripts to the Office of Admissions only. If you must mail only one package (for financial reasons or other), please send all of your transcripts, recommendation letters, purpose statement and other application materials to the Office of Admissions. The Office of Admissions will forward your recommendation letters and other department-specific items to the Zachry Department of Civil Engineering, which will result in fewer delays.
